A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman.
Zontians are champions for women and girls here at home and around the world.
In November, Zonta and the City of Burbank support the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence by arranging for the lights on public buildings to glow orange - the signature color of the global campaign.
Self-defense workshops for women, anti-human trafficking awareness campaigns and anti-violence training for young children are among the many service projects in which Zontians are involved.
