Zonta Club Soaps Up Burbank in 2026

Zonta International District 9 Governor Gloria Salas organized the club's SOAP Project labelling party on July 8, 2026

Nearly 30 community members came together for the SOAP Project labeling event, preparing soaps and makeup wipes that will be distributed to 20 hotels throughout Burbank in July 2026.

These everyday items carry a critical message of hope and support for individuals who may be experiencing human trafficking. By placing resources directly into hotel rooms, we're helping raise awareness and connecting potential victims with life-saving assistance.

A huge thank you to our friends from Burbank Noon Rotary, Burbank Sunrise Rotary, St. Francis Catholic Church Peace and Justice Ministry, Burbank Business and Professional Women and Glendale Soroptimists who donated their time and energy to make this project possible.

Soaps and makeup wipes are labelled with the human trafficking hotline to combat human trafficking in hotels and motels.
